We will depart from the Sobeys parking lot at 977 Golf Links Road, Ancaster Meadowlands on Wednesday morning Boarding begins at 4:30am and departure is at 5:00am – sharp! (parking is available in the Sobeys parking lot). We also have a pick-up option in London, ON just off the 401 at 6:00am(ask for details when registering).Return time Saturday at approximately 10:00pm.
Pricing is based on hotel occupancy:
· $1275 CAD/ person for single occupancy
· $885 CAD/person for groups of 2
· $855 CAD/person for groups of 3
· $825 CAD/person for groups of 4

The itinerary will be distributed upon departure.

Please provide the following information when emailing to register: Name of everyone in your group and if you will pay together or separately (if separately, I will need everyone’s email addresses), Room Type (1 King bed or 2 Queen beds), Citizenship, and if you have your own travel insurance or not (it is not mandatory to register, but I do have to ask about coverage).
A $100 non-refundable deposit due within one week of registration. Balance due 45 days prior to the trip. The trip is non-refundable but is transferrable.
Payment can be made via cash at any Royal Bank branch (ask for details), online banking or by credit card (CC charges will incur a 3.5% added charge)
